Our Assurance

At Express Canopy, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our products. We encourage our customers to follow our specific assembly instructions, heed our warning labels, and understand our disclaimers to ensure the safety and longevity of our products. Please note, failure to comply with these guidelines can result in severe damage, injury, or even death, which will invalidate all warranties.

Warranty Protection

We offer a warranty system to protect against manufacturing defects. If you notice any such defects within eight (8) working days of receiving the product and before using it, please inform us. In some cases, photographs sent via email may suffice to substantiate a claim. However, if the product needs to be returned to Express Canopy for repairs, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Repair or Replacement

Once we’ve inspected the product and confirmed the manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost. The repaired or replaced product will be returned to the customer via standard ground shipping, also free of charge. Please note, our warranty policy does not cover expedited shipping or production charges. Any replacement requests must be accompanied by an inspection report of the damaged product.

Non-Manufacturing Faults

If we determine that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will notify the customer. If the customer opts for repair or replacement, they will bear all associated costs, including delivery. Our warranty does not cover:

• Failure to follow assembly instructions, warnings, and disclaimers
• Normal wear and tear, including standard industry fading
• Misuse or unauthorized modification of the product
• Theft, loss, or damage
• Natural disasters, storms, and high winds
• Damage during transport
• Prints or hardware used with prints or hardware not purchased from or made by Express Canopy

Our Commitment

We understand the importance of our warranty to our customers. We are committed to resolving any warranty disputes fairly and justly. Express Canopy reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty disputes, including determining the cause of damage and the most appropriate solution.

Warranty Duration

All prints made by Express Canopy come with a warranty period to guarantee top quality. Indoor use prints have a 1-year limited warranty, while outdoor use prints have a 6-month limited warranty. Outdoor-use hardware has a six-month limited warranty, and indoor-use hardware has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Customers can thus rely on the long-term durability and performance of our products.
