RETURN POLICY

Return Guidelines Once an order is made, it is considered final and no fee refunds will be given (unless specified in the estimate or confirmed by our company in writing). We hold all rights to revoke your esteemed order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Missing item(s):

Missing Items If your order is missing item(s), we can dispatch the missing item(s) using the original shipping method or issue a refund based on the value of the missing product and shipping.


Damaged or Defective Items:

Faulty or Damaged Goods If the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, we must be informed within 2 days of delivery. If possible, take photographs and email the images of the damage to us at sales@expresscanopy.com If the product is faulty upon receipt, we will conduct a fault assessment. If the carrier is found to be at fault, we will lodge a claim with the carrier. The customer retains the product until the carrier completes the claim inspection. If it is determined that the carrier is not at fault, we will decide on a replacement or refund. Please refer to the Return Guidelines for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE FAULTY PRODUCT BEFORE RETURNING IT TO US (unless instructed).


Order Cancellation:

Order Cancellation Express Canopy reserves the right to cancel an order due to certain unavoidable circumstances. The refund will be determined based on the circumstances. Express Canopy will not be held accountable for any deadline due to order cancellation during these circumstances.


Refunds and Credits Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed. We can only provide credit for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
